At Hayes Realty, we offer full service property management for a flat fee of 7% of the monthly rent. We never charge for leasing fees, advertising fees, placement fees, or any other kind of extra fee for property management.

Our all-inclusive property management service includes everything from tenant screening and placement, routine inspections, accounting and monthly reports, maintenance services, rent collection, emergency maintenance support, and more, for a flat rate of 7% of the monthly gross rent.
