Locally owned and operated, Hayes Realty offers full service property management in the Coachella Valley. For a flat rate of 7% of the gross monthly rent, or less, we will take the trouble out of leasing and managing your property. We never charge any tenant placement, re-letting, upfront, or advertising fees. We do not charge any extra fees for property management services.

We do everything from tenant screening and placement, routine inspections, monthly and annual reports, and processing of rent. You can receive your payments via direct deposit, and view detailed reports about your property online, for free.
